Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of NuNu Inc.'s Web site(s), we feel you
should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement (this "Statement") discloses the privacy
practices for NuNu Inc.'s Web site(s) (the "Website(s)") - what information we gather, how we use it and how to correct or change it. This Statement only addresses our
activities from our servers. Other sites (including those to which the Website links and third party sites or services with which NuNu Inc.) may have their own privacy

1. Information NuNu Inc. gathers and tracks:
Children under the age of 13
We do not currently collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Under certain circumstances, visitors may be asked to
submit a screen name as a means of identifying communications to this Web site. Children of any age should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal
information to anyone online. If, in the future, NuNu Inc. collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, it will do so in
compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.)
IP Address
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the
site uses to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. Generally, cookies work by
assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside the assigning site. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other
sites. This random number lets us keep track of "how many" times customers are doing specific things - like visiting our site each month - without really knowing who

specific to your interests and to save your member ID. Additionally, after you've entered your member ID and password during a session on our service, we save that
information so you don't have to re-enter it repeatedly during that session.
Users should be aware that NuNu Inc. cannot control the use of cookies or the resulting information by advertisers or third parties hosting data for NuNu Inc.. If a
user does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the user to deny or accept the cookie
feature; however, users should note that cookies maybe necessary to provide the user with certain features (e.g., customized delivery of information) available on the
Post Media Group network of websites.
Order Forms
NuNu Inc.'s network of sites use an order form for customers to purchase products and services. If you place an order at a store hosted by NuNu Inc. we will collect
information from you, including your credit card and contact information. This information will be used by the merchant to bill the user for products and services.
Contact information from the order form will also be used to ship orders, to contact a user for customer service related issues, and to send the user information about
our company. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Contests
We use contact data from our contests to send users information about upcoming contests and promotional offers. On occasion we will email customers promotional
material from some of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary for winner notification and prize delivery
confirmation. The majority of the contests that we offer are hosted on our site; however, there may be cases in which a third party sponsor will host the contest and
collect user information. In those cases, we urge users to review the privacy statement of the third party site. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see
the choice/opt-out section below.
Newsletter
Our free newsletters are offered to share content information about our site with interested users. Users may cancel their free email subscriptions by following the
simple instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or e-mail.
2. Use of Information
All of the information we collect both what you tell us and what we collect through the use of cookies, is "aggregated" -- meaning that the information from many users
is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular user. We may use this aggregated information to evaluate which products
and services are successful and which ones are not, and in order to evaluate which new services we should make available on our Web sites. We may use only the
anonymous click stream data to help our advertisers deliver better targeted advertisements. NuNu Inc. will not disclose any information about any individual without

may be shared with third parties who assist us in producing its Web sites or provide a service to NuNu Inc. users.

NuNu Inc.'s network of sites contain links to partners, advertisers and third party Internet sites and services who may collect data in connection with sweepstakes,
promotions, e-commerce, etc. They each have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of NuNu Inc.'s and NuNu Inc. has no responsibility or liability
for these independent policies or actions and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Please keep in mind that whenever you
voluntarily and publicly disclose personal information on any online service or Web site - for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas - that
information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited
messages from other parties in return. Further, while we strive to protect your personal information, NuNu Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account
information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

NuNu Inc. utilizes a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All user contact information is contained behind a "firewall"
and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to production systems.

NuNu Inc. provides its "Service" to you, subject to the following Terms of "Service" ("TOS"), which may be updated without notice to you. When using NuNu Inc.
services, you and NuNu Inc. shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be added. All such guidelines or rules are hereby
incorporated by reference into the "TOS".
2. Description Of "Service"
NuNu Inc. is currently offering access "Service" to its online content. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current
"Service", including but not limited to release of new properties or services, shall be subject to the "TOS". You understand and agree that the "Service" is provided
"as-is" and that NuNu Inc. carries no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization
settings.
3. Special Admonitions For International Use
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to
comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
4. Indemnity, Advertisers and Links
You agree to indemnify and hold NuNu Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or
demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the "Service", your
use of the "Service", your connection to the "Service", your violation of the "TOS", or your violation of any rights of another.
Your correspondence, activities or business dealings with businesses ("Advertisers") found on or through the "Service", including but not limited to payment and
delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such, are solely between you and the
"Advertiser". You agree that NuNu Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the
result of the presence of such "Advertisers" on the "Service".
The "Service" or third parties may provide, links to other web sites or resources. Because NuNu Inc. does not have any control over such sites and resources, you
acknowledge and agree that NuNu Inc. is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources, does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any
content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that NuNu Inc. shall not be
responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content,
goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
5. Resale Of The "Service"
You agree not to copy, sell, resell, exploit, duplicate or reproduce for any commercial purposes, any portion of the "Service", use of the "Service", or access to the
"Service".
8. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the "Service" and any necessary software used in connection with the "Service" ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential
information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements or
information presented to you through the "Service" or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, "Service" marks, patents or other proprietary rights and
laws. Except as expressly authorized by NuNu Inc. or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the
"Service" or the "Software", in whole or in part.
9. Disclaimer Of Warranties
You Expressly Understand And Agree That:
-Your use of the "Service" is at your sole risk. The "Service" is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NuNu Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- NuNu Inc. makes no warranty that (a) the "Service" will meet your requirements, (b) the "Service" will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the
results that may be obtained from the use of the "Service" will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material
purchased or obtained by you through the "Service" will meet your expectations, and (e) any errors in the software will be corrected.
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the "Service" is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for
any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download of any such material.
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from NuNu Inc. or through or from the "Service" shall create any warranty not expressly stated in
the "TOS".
10. Limitation Of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that NuNu Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but
not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if NuNu Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages),
resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the "Service"; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data,
information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the "Service"; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration
of your transmissions or data; (d) statements or conduct of any third party on the "Service"; or (e) any other matter relating to the service.
11. Exclusions And Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly,
some of the above limitations in sections 9 and 10 may not apply to you.
12. Trademark Information
NuNu Gallerie is a trademark of NuNu Inc. Without NuNu Inc.'s prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the NuNu Inc. marks.
13. General Information
The "TOS" constitute the entire agreement between you and NuNu Inc. and govern your use of the "Service", superceding any prior agreements between you and NuNu Inc.
You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The "TOS" and
the relationship between you and NuNu Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and NuNu Inc.
agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NY, NY. The failure of NuNu Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
the "TOS" shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the "TOS" is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the
parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the "TOS"
remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the
"Service" or the "TOS" must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
